a) Load Calculation: ENL’s engineers collect data from site whether a factory, industrial complex or a residential building and calculate the customer’s power requirement.

b) Selection of Genset: Based on the load survey data ENL suggests the most suitable generating set, diesel or gas, for stand-by or continuous operation, open or canopy type as per customer’s power demand and available fund. In case of gas genset, ENL also calculate the size of the cooling tower.

c) Layout Plan: ENL prepares layout plan for the genset, control panel, ventilation system including the foundation design of the generator. In case of gas genset, the cooling system piping, cooling tower location etc. are also suggested.

d) Genset Installation, Commission and Load Test: ENL can undertake the job of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of gensets at customer’s premises by its own expert team. On special occasion, in case of the larger gas generators, foreign experts are hired for commissioning purposes. Our successful commissioning, load tests are performed with available load at site.
